Empress Jewelry is dedicated to providing you with superior jewelry of the highest standards of quality. We are so sure that you will be pleased with your purchase, that, should you not be satisfied, you can return your jewelry with no questions asked, with the following stipulations:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to return the item for a refund or and exchange.
  • Prior to returning an item, you must email us at www.empressjewelry.com and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Complete the “Returns” form that accompanied your purchase and follow the instructions for returning the item.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept items that have been altered, modified or damaged by you in any way, or that show signs of wear.
  • We will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are specially made to the customer’s specifications. If you are unsure if you are included in this category, please email us at customerservice@empress-jewelry.com.

A full refund for the returned item (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt of any merchandise received in an acceptable condition.

A Note About Stringing…
Strings used in jewelry will break with wear and tear. If the string in your item should break and you return the item within 14 days of purchase, we will restring the item for FREE! If an item with a broken string is returned after 14 days from purchase, a flat fee of $10 will be charged, plus shipping charges.

Exchanges…
If you choose to exchange an item you purchased for another item, please email us first to request an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). You will be charged to ship the new item back to you. Any difference in price will be credited or charged to your account.

Final Thoughts…
We are not responsible for any typographical errors. If the price of an item is not correct, we will charge the correct amount for the item.

Please package all items to be exchanged or returned carefully, and insure them for the correct amount. Empress Jewelry is not responsible for the loss or damage of returns or exchanges.

TERMS AND POLICIES

Customer ID#:
Every customer is assigned a customer identification number. New clients will be assigned a customer ID number when placing their initial orders.

Minimum Order:
The minimum order is $50 US. Shipping, insurance and handling are additional. For orders that do not meet the $50 minimum, a $5 small order fee will be added.

Terms:
We are retail only. All goods are shipped COD, unless credit is approved prior to shipping. Orders may be paid for by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Shipping:
Packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). The address of customers should be a street address, not a P.O. Box. In most cases, we will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. All goods are shipped F.O.B. New York. All shipping charges and fees are billed on invoice. For returns, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Claims and Returns:
All claims must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Please call, fax, or email to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). The RA# must be on the returned box and all copies of the invoice inside the box. We cannot accept a return, exchange or credit for special orders, non-stock items, or items that have been modified or damaged in any way by the recipient. Items that are returned because of client ordering error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How To Pay:
Empress Jewelry accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. No merchandise will be shipped C.O.D.

Special Orders:
Special orders must be confirmed in writing and require a 50% deposit with the placement of the order. Once it has been put into production, any cancellation of that order will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Pricing:
Because Empress Jewelry has an extensive line of finished jewelry, we cannot provide you with a complete price list at this site. However, a price list foe merchandise that you are interested in is available on request. We can also email or fax you prices, or quote them over the telephone to you. Please limit your request for quotes to those items that you actually need.
